Booking & Fit Times

Booking:

To book a fitting please call us to confirm details, and pay a £50 non-refundable deposit which will be deducted from your final bill. We usually need 2-3 days notice for a fitting, but where possible it is advisable to book 1-2 weeks ahead, particularly in Summer.

Fitting Slots & Timings:

Tow bar fitting usually takes up to 6 hours, so we would ideally need your vehicle for a whole day (8.30am-5/5.30pm). For some vehicles we can offer shorter slots (by agreement only), for these bookings we operate an AM and PM system – vehicles should be dropped at 8.30am for morning fittings which will usually be ready around 2pm, and for afternoon fitting the vehicle should be left with us from midday, to be ready for collection around 5.30pm. If these timings don’t work for you, just let us know and if possible we will try to accomodate your requirements.

Dropping/Collecting Logistics:
For your convenience we can make arrangements to fit around your movements – such as late/early drop or collection (subject to agreement) or collecting the vehicle a day or two later. Vehicles can be dropped out-of-hours before we open or the night before, just let us know what works for you and we will try to accomodate it where possible.

Fit Times Disclaimer
Fit time estimates are given as a general guide and are not guaranteed because fit times are unpredictable for a variety of reasons. Where we know a vehicle may take longer we will either have to insist on having the vehicle all day or request earlier drop or later collection. We cannot always anticipate scenarios where a job takes longer than estimated, due to unforeseen complications.
